Some international routes are not working outside of our network
Dear customer,

we have been informed that some international routes are not working or not working properly on some IP addresses.

Some of affected networks and routes:

Level3 - Germany
UPC outside of Czech Republic (Slovakia, Netherlands, ...)

We are investigating where is the problem and trying to contact responsible persons to solve the problem.

All hosted DNS record on our DNS servers has been changed to different IP addresses and should working now.

To solve problem on domains that don't use our DNS servers you must change CNAME record to following:

*        CNAME           web12.qsh.eu


If you use record * A 95.168.203.12, delete it before adding new CNAME record.

The change can take more that hour to propagate over internet.
